Are you inter­est­ed in per­form­ing in the 2025 Spring Stu­dio Show­case?
Share either a list of “bul­let points” or rough­ly 25–75 words of prose describ­ing your work/school, fam­i­ly members/pets, hob­bies, aspi­ra­tions, etc. All sub­mis­sions are sub­ject to edit­ing for space and oth­er con­sid­er­a­tions.
Would you be will­ing to stay after the Show­case to record a brief “com­mer­cial” for David’s teach­ing stu­dio?

Be a DMGS3 Patron!

The Spring Stu­dio Show­case is my absolute favorite event of the year, and I con­sid­er the expe­ri­ence of par­tic­i­pat­ing in this event to be invalu­able, so I want all of my stu­dents to feel wel­come to participate—and their loved ones wel­come to attend—regardless of their finan­cial sit­u­a­tion.  In past years I’ve added a “Show­case Sub­sidy Fee” to each fam­i­ly’s invoice the month of the event, but this year I’ve opt­ed to remove even that poten­tial finan­cial bar­ri­er to par­tic­i­pa­tion.

That said, the pro­fes­sion­al video­g­ra­phers, audio tech­ni­cian, and instru­men­tal­ists who sup­port this event, along with the costs of using the space, print­ing pro­grams, etc., amount to more than $3000 each year.  (And many who have attend­ed past DMGS3 show­cas­es have enthu­si­as­ti­cal­ly shared that they feel the event is worth pay­ing for!)  If your fam­i­ly has room in your bud­get to pro­vide sup­port for this project, con­tri­bu­tions of any size are appre­ci­at­ed and help to min­i­mize the “dip” in my bank account that hap­pens each time I hold the Show­case.

There will be an oppor­tu­ni­ty to make cash and check con­tri­bu­tions at the event, but if you’d like to help me express my grat­i­tude to the many pro­fes­sion­als who help make this event amaz­ing by sup­port­ing the event at a patron lev­el, please com­plete the fol­low­ing sec­tion.   I’ll be delight­ed to include your name in the pro­gram!
